Prior to shipping all our equipment and products are quality checked and tested . If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit we will rectify the problem the best way possible. If any gels are spoiled during transit we will send replacements with no need to return any ruined gels.
To calculate shipping costs: (1) add all items you are purchasing to your cart, (2) proceed to checkout and the shipping costs will be displayed for you prior to placing the order. We calculate shipping costs by the size and weight of your whole order.
We only ship to customers in Australia and New Zealand. Additional international costs may apply. Customs and import duties may apply to some international shipping destinations payable at the destination. We ship treatment packs and other consumable products via the fastest, most reliable service to your area. Usually this is via Australia Post Express Post. Once we receive your order and full payment, we ship your order within two business days. For New Zealand customers and large orders we usually shipped via courier and use only the most reliable and fastest service available to you.
For white label printing we are unable to take responsibility for the quality of the logo resolution provided to us. Once a customer has approved artwork via email and the white label product has been printed with logo, no returns can be accepted unless they are faulty. To ensure 100% satisfaction with your artwork print please order a sample with your logo, as we have no minimum orders for our white label printing.
