Prior to shipping orders to you, all equipment and products are quality checked and tested.

If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit we will rectify the problem the swiftest way possible.

If any gels are spoiled during transit we will send replacements with no need to return any ruined gels.

To calculate your shipping costs follow these simple steps

  • add all items you are purchasing to your cart
  • proceed to checkout and add your delivery address and update. Your shipping costs will be displayed.

All orders over $100 are free of shipping fees.  All other shipping costs are a set fee.

We endeavour to ship orders within 2-3 business days of receiving your order and full payment.  Once dispatched, allow 2-3 business days in transit for Australian capital cities and 3-5 business days for regional east coast, rural, and  Western Australia.

We are located in South East Queensland and ship orders via various Couriers, Australia Post and Express Post. We provide the best means to get your order to you with the fastest, most reliable postal or courier service to your location.

Other products

We ship treatment packs and other consumable products via the fastest, most reliable service to your area. Usually this is via Australia Post Express Post. Once we receive your order and full payment, we ship your order within two business days.

Receiving your order

When you receive your order we as that you

  • Open and inspect your order for any damages within 48 hours of receiving item(s). We are unable to insure any items that have not been inspected and reported within this timeframe.
  • If the box(es) are damaged do not sign the consignment note from courier until you have checked the goods. Call us on 0411 525 898 immediately to report this.
  • We urge you to be home the day that your delivery is due. Australia Post or the Courier driver is unable to contact you with an exact time. 
  • As much as we would love all deliveries to be on time, there might be the occasional delay. Please understand we cannot be held responsible for any delays once your order has been sent.
